All of our items are handmade. I utilize 2 different types of material, Aqua-Resin and concrete.   These materials are all hand poured into silicone molds and left to cure. All item are sanded and sealed prior to finishing.

Due to the nature of the material and making process there may be some air bubbles on our products, but I try my best to limit these as much as possible. With all products being handmade this isn’t always guaranteed.

Everything is made to order or done in small quantities by hand, so slight variations in colors and patterns may occur within the same product listing. I do try my best to keep everything as close as possible but it really emphasis the handmade and unique nature of the products.

All items are sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using harsh cleaning products or harsh scrubbing will damage the surface of your piece. We also advise to wipe up any strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.

All of our products are coated with a natural wax sealant or a water-based wax sealer which both repel water, but does not make it waterproof.

Food-safe means it can come in contact with food and not create a food-safety hazard. Although our products are sealed with a food-safe sealer, they are not meant to eat food off of.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days, although some orders may take longer if it is custom made.  Due to COVID-19, orders are only shipped once per week to avoid multiple trips to the post office.  Orders are packaged while masked, with sanitized hands, to ensure your safety. Shipping delays may occur while following these policies. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can troubleshoot the issue and resolve. If you are unhappy with your item or items you purchased please contact us via email at sales@daggersandpearls.com with your order number in order to receive a refund. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@daggersandpearls.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
